Continuous 20-minute interval session Training at high intensity boot camp style training where the objective is to perform the same amount work in less time and / or more work at the same time or less.

Each workout consists of a 4-exercise circuit that works your entire body. Every 2 minutes you will perform 10 reps of each exercise (5 reps / side for unilateral movements) in the circuit as fast as you can with perfect form and technique.

The goal is to complete each circuit within 60-90 seconds, then relax during the remaining time each round of 2 minutes. In other words, the faster you complete each round, the more rest you get and visa versa.

You will make 10 laps in total for a workout metabolic KILLER 20 minutes.

If your completion time is 60 seconds or less, then you must increase the intensity your workout by increasing the loads and / or using variations of the most advanced exercise.

If your completion time is over 90 seconds, then you must reduce the intensity of your workout by reducing expenses and / or using variations exercise easier.

Why does it work?

"The formation of density describes the amount of work in a given country period.

Work'', "describes the total volume of training which is the number of repetitions you do each time, observe the variation loads of practice / used to do.

The more work you have done in the same time as demand and muscle the calorie burn resulting in a gain muscle and improve fat loss.

To take the density of the formation to the next levels, seek to complete more work in the same amount of time or less.

Because you need to do 10 reps of each exercise in the 4-performance circuit, this can be accomplished either by increasing the load used or by using a variation of the more advanced exercise, where appropriate, week to week.

In other words:

10 repetitions of each exercise the circuit X
4 total for the year within each Circuit X
10 laps in total =
Total 400 representatives in 20 minutes

For example, if you used a dumbbell 10 pounds for all years in the circuit which means you've done work for 4000 pounds in 20 minutes. Not too bad!

However, if you have progressed to using a £ 15 for all dumbbell exercises in the circuit by the end of the phase that would mean that you have done work for 6000 pounds in 20 minutes. It 2000 pounds more than you did in your first workout!

Now the only way your body might respond to this workload is increased by amplifying the lean mass eliminate unwanted fat ugly body. Plus, since your heart rate will be high throughout the session training together, all your packaging needs to go through the roof of this phase.

This progressive overload is the key to making your body changes.

Here are three examples of exercises you can perform using the format in 20 minutes of continuous density training.

Workout 1
1. Vertical Jumps
2. Spiderman Push-ups
3. Deadllifts one leg
4. Reverse Lunges

Training 2
1. Skater Jumps
2. Scorpion Push-ups
3. Bent over rows
4. Side slits

Workout 3
1. Burpee
2. Cross-over Push-ups
3. Squats
4. 1-arm deadlifts
