residential wind energy to give a boost the U.S. economy?

Perhaps you are aware of the current direction of government green energy systems. The platform has been the emergence of wind energy will create many jobs that would "encourage our nation financially." This may be true with a large commercial building scale wind turbine. With Wind Energy Residential unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth that my experience has been we are not capable of producing anything that it is competitive on the market.

If you look at the big companies in the wind energy sector electricity from wind power on the market and I think I have the research and products are essentially very little made in USA. Among those who are a majority of the companies or the reconstruction Delco for the purposes of the wind. Most of those we have tested production exaggerated and are not appropriate to provide a significant portion of the power house owner with the device. I have repeatedly tried to get a supplier to build a generator for my line of hurricane wind. about half of the companies I contacted and we are talking about large companies have to tell me they did not have the capacity to produce a head generator to the specifications that I provided. The other group companies wanted too much money amounts to build "prototypes" and the quoted prices on the market would pay for my opinion. The Moog .... I will mention the name told me that for $ 100,000 they would have an engineer look at it but could not guarantee that the product could be developed. I had to stop and think about how everything is built in America more ..

I am puzzled when I hear politicians talk about the platform that wind power is our new frontier when we produce very little here. Assuming that the windings and other parts could be manufactured in the U.S., guess where most of the rare earth magnets are? Yes you guessed it China. Assuming that the production of other problems have been solved it seems that the magnets should still be mostly imported. For customers that ask me is your product made in USA ... I answer NO, but is not the other guy, regardless of what they can say. For me, the reality now is that the best wind generators are made on the seas. Ginlong example, is one of the highest generator quality on the market .. My strategy is simple to buy now. We try to buy products from Hong Kong is not China. Secondly, we buy products made with updated components for coatings etc. As an ardent patriot, I am disgusted by reality the market situation of small wind generator. I hope the wind power gains popularity American companies have the idea.
