The sergeant retired from the Traffic Police Acquitted of Speeding in Scotland by Michael Lyon - The lawyer for the road

Our client was charged with driving without due care and attention would or without reasonable consideration for other road users by driving at a speed of about 90 mph in a 50 mph speed limit in road conditions of heavy frost.

Remarkably, the case had for the second time, been raised in the court is wrong. We were only few weeks of the time bar and continued the case for a period to allow the six-month period must elapse. Subsequently, we offered a plea after the jurisdiction of the prosecution on the grounds of lack of jurisdiction. The plea was upheld and the case was dropped with the inability to re-raise proceedings by the Crown.
